Your Sign Proofs

Sign Discounters sends you proofs on all in-house designed signs. Printing will not begin until an approval on the sign and payment has been made. If you supply the sign, the print will be subject to the quality of the file and no proofs will be sent. Additionally, if the sign is approved after noon it will not be sent to the printers until the following business day

Artwork Approval Guidelines

If approval is not received within five business days after the artwork has been submitted to you for approval, the order will be considered as “approved.” Based on this approval the order will be processed, printed, and shipped to you.

Billing Address

You billing address must be the same as the shipping address. Due to credit card procedures, we cannot ship to a different address than we bill to.

Yard Signs Shipments

All orders placed before 12 p.m. EST Monday–Friday on a non-government observed holiday will ship in two days. All orders placed after 12 p.m. EST Monday–Friday on a non-government observed holiday will ship the following two business days. Orders placed after 12 p.m. EST on Friday will not ship until the following Tuesday.

Overnight Orders

Overnight orders placed after 12 p.m. EST on a government observed holiday will not ship until the following two business days. Overnight fees do not include Saturday. Orders for products placed for Friday overnight will not arrive until Tuesday morning. Additionally, we cannot overnight any shipment to P.O. boxes or international addresses. All overnight shipments must provide a physical address.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable will be reshipped once situation is resolved.

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations after yours signs has been proofed and paid for.

Returns

We accept returns if order is shipped or delivered defective. We will either re-do the order to your specifications or refund the product order price.

International Shipments

Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. Additionally, we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses. International customers are responsible for all additional fees acquired through customs. There is a fee of $57 USD for all international shipping.

Personal Checks

Orders placed with a check will be held for 10 business days. Once 10 business days is complete, the order will be released and shipped. All returned checks will be charged a $35 USD return check fee. Additionally, counter checks are accepted and checks and money orders must be sent in US funds.
